If you are looking for an enjoyable and safe way to stay fit and healthy then aqua aerobics is what you have been searching for!
Our classes are an ideal way to recover from injury or illness and provide a safe alternative to strenuous exercise programs, with the water environment providing support as well as resistance to the body. Aqua aerobic exercise is ideal for pregnant women, aids joint mobility in both men and women and is a great workout for all ages.

Water Bellies Water Bellies is the prenatal aqua exercise class you've been looking for in Melbourne's east! Designed specifically for the needs of pregnant women, Water Bellies is the perfect way to stay fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy.
Held in the main pool, Water Bellies offers pregnant women many and varied benefits:
- Water helps to relax and soothe both mother and baby
- Exercise helps to relieve both physical and mental stress
- Far less impact on joints than traditional "land" forms of exercise
- Exercising in water provides a feeling of weightlessness which is great when you're carrying an extra person inside
- Hydrostatic pressure of water increases blood flow levels and helps to reduce swelling around the body
- Exercise improves aerobic endurance which helps women cope better with the rigours of labour and childbirth
