New group fitness timetables

Aquahub and Aquanation launch their brand spanka timetables on Monday 15 July and just quietly, they are wall to wall excellent.
If you love mind body classes, you'll be gushing over Aquahub's July offerings. Holly will be teaching Active BARRE every Friday at 11:35am and Jannin will help you round out your week feeling chillaxed with her Thursday 7:30pm BODYBALANCE class and a brand new Friday 9:20am Yoga class.
Plus there's heaps on for those who love to get their heart rate up too with Tuesday 6:45pm BODYPUMP with Ian and newbie Cindy Metafit every Tuesday night at 7:45pm. And don't forget, Aquahub's virtual classes mean there are more classes more often. If you like to make a splash, Brenda will be taking over the Friday 10:35am Warm Water Aqua class, Brenda’s funky moves will have you keeping warm this winter!
Across the pond at Aquanation there's some hella fresh talent in the mix. Check out Aquanation's new instructor Domonique who'll get you working hard in Tuesday 6:30pm BODYATTACK. Another new kid on the block, Naomi, will be teaching CXWORX and BODYPUMP on Thursday mornings. Be sure to note the new times for these two classes - BODYPUMP 30 now starts at 10:35am and CXWORX at 11:10am.
Aquanation are also welcoming back Steph who will be alternating taking BODYBALANCE every Saturday at 9:20am. If you are an Aqua fanatic we are happy to let you know that we are now offering a 9:30am Thursday morning Warm Water.
