Aquatic Education

Infant Aquatics

Under the supervision of a qualified pre-school aquatics teacher, classes are held in a safe and secure environment for children aged six months to five years.

Held in the warm and comfortable surrounds of our Health and Activity Pool during school terms, classes tackle safety issues, build confidence and provide exercise and enjoyment.

Learn to Swim

We offer a range of learn to swim programs tailored to all levels, from five years of age.

Held seven days a week during school terms, our classes are designed to promote water safety, build confidence and endurance and develop correct stroke techniques. Classes are an ideal introduction to competitive swimming and squad training and provide a solid foundation for future development. Adult lessons are also available.

Our term based squad programs are a great way to introduce your child to correct techniques, water skills, fitness, fun, competition and physical development.

Development Squad

Join our Development Squad sessions which will refine freestyle and backstroke technique, teach breaststroke, butterfly, turns and more. This squad bridges the gap between Learn to Swim and our competitive squad programs.

Development Squad training runs Tuesdays and Fridays from 4.15pm to 5.00pm during school terms.
