Our light and spacious group fitness studio is airconditioned and features cushioned, low impact flooring. It provides an exciting environment for a huge range of fitness group activities every day of the week.

Class descriptions and levels can be found on our group fitness timetable.  Please note when starting a new fitness class or trying a new style of class, it is very important that you inform the instructor that this is your first session. They can then guide you through your new experience.

Specialised Group Classes

We can offer your group (football club, youth group, school group etc) a group class tailored to your needs by one of our qualified instructors.

Groups under 15 participants: $102.00 per group per class
Groups of 15 or more participants: $7.00 per person per class
