DORSET LADYBIRDS A friendly social group of lady golfers who welcome any golfer regardless of golf skill, experience and age. The ladies play on Monday and Tuesday mornings with the first tee time at 8:14 am. New players will always have someone to help them in their first few rounds. The Ladybirds is run by a small social committee and during the year we have weekends away and lunches. For further information contact Helen Holmes on 9737 1640.
The Dorset Golf Ladies offer you a friendly, sociable atmosphere and welcome all ladies regardless of golf skill, golfing experience, age or physical ability. The ladies club runs weekly competitions while affiliation with the WGV enables their members to enter any WGV event for which they are eligible or have qualified to enter. They offer an 18 or 9 hole competition. The ladies play on Wednesday's with the first tee time at 8:28 am. For further information contact Pam Catling on 9729 6496.
The Dorset Golf Club provides activities for all members, men, women and juniors regardless of age, skill level or physical ability. The club is affiliated with the VGL, VGA, AGU, VWGL and the WGA. The club plays competition and social golf throughout the year including a number of mixed events. Competitions are played on the following days:
Fridays - seniors and ladies - first tee off time 7:28 am Saturdays - men and ladies - first tee off time 8:00 am
