Play gym - Aquahub

You will either need to login, setup a password, or setup an account:

Option 1 - I have already setup my user account: Login to your account then go to step 2.

Option 2 - I have an account but this is my first time logging in: You will need to setup a password.

Select "Setup Password" below and enter the email address linked to your existing account and follow the email instructions to set up your password. Once complete, go to step 2.

Option 3 - I don't have an account: You will need to create an online account.

Select ‘create account’. Complete the registration details to create an account. Once complete, go to Step 2.

Congratulations, you’ve set up your account! You can now continue to make a booking.

You will need to set up a profile for the child that you are booking into the session.

Select 'Account', 'Friends and family' and 'Add family member'

Select 'Aquahub' as the venue that you are attending for play gym, 'Create guest account/visit pass', and 'Create free account'.

Enter the child's details then select 'Create account'

Select ‘Book now’. This will take you to the online portal.

Select the date and time you wish to book into, and select  ‘Book now’ (note that bookings open 48 hours before a class).

Click 'Book now' next to the child's name that you are booking for. Select 'Play Gym' and 'Pay now'.

Review your booking summary and complete payment.

Once you have completed payment you will receive two emails. A payment confirmation email, and a booking confirmation email with details about your booking. To view your bookings, go to 'My Bookings' in the top menu tab of your online account.

Please note that payment is required within 12 minutes of booking otherwise your booking will be automatically cancelled. Payment can be made in your online portal under 'Account' and 'Payments'.
