Let's Move for a Better World!

It's back again! The Let's Move for a Better World challenge is running into Aquanation this March.

What is the challenge?

Between Tuesday 12 March and Wednesday 27 March, participants who simply get up and move will assist in building a better and healthier world, by fighting against physical inactivity and the consequent health diseases.

It’s free to register, and our fitness equipment friends, Technogym, will donate equipment to a local community group in Maroondah if we achieve the MOVE's target.

How do I get involved?

To get involved, head to the Maroondah Leisure app and join the challenge! Make sure to log your workouts using the QR code on the equipment in our health club, scanning your wristband during cycle classes, and through your activity tracking apps and devices that you use by linking them with the Maroondah Leisure app to make sure you are earning all the MOVEs you can!

What are the benefits?

By getting involved in the ‘Let’s move for a better world’ challenge, you are assisting in fighting the obesity and inactive lifestyles epidemic. Exercise is great for your brain, body and wellbeing including:
