A bit about me

Following a non-traditional career path, I have been in the industry for 4 years, after realizing my passion laid not in the corporate world, but in health and wellness, and promoting an active lifestyle with others. As a busy parent and someone who understands life’s challenges, including the struggle to achieve a healthy lifestyle balance I believe in working in synergy with you to assist in overcoming obstacles to success. I take a holistic approach to health and fitness and the importance that mindset, nutrition and exercise has on achieving goals.
My aim is to provide you with fun and challenging workouts that will push you to your next level and achieve results on your fitness journey – wherever that might be.
