A bit about me
My names Laura, I am a boxing coach with a background in high intensity interval and strength training.
Whatever your goal is whether it be strength gains, learning a new skill, weight loss or improving your cardiovascular fitness, my passion is to work side by side with you to achieve it. I enjoy working with all sorts of people with unique backgrounds, abilities and needs.
As a trainer I am very passionate about adapting my style of training to each person and I make sure that all my clients absolutely get the most out of their sessions with me. Looking forward to working with you.
