Change your membership type
You can vary your membership to change your access or inclusions to best suit your health and fitness needs.
Membership variation
You'll be asked to select your existing membership and the type you would like to change to.
These changes will be effective within 2 business days.

Update your personal and banking details
- Access the Client Portal and log in using your username and password.
- Select 'Account' located at the top of the page and choose ‘Edit Profile’.
- Edit details as required.
- Select ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page.

Membership cancellation
Membership cancellation is not available online. Please contact the member care team on 9298 4600 for membership cancellation.
