Maroondah Corporate Memberships
Businesses, organisations and emergency services personnel can register to enjoy discounted access with the Maroondah Corporate Membership program. Registered participants will each receive a 30% discount off the standard membership price.
To participate, at least ten employees from the one business or organisation must be signed up for Maroondah Corporate Memberships at all times.
Emergency services personnel are not required to meet the minimum employee threshold and may obtain the discount upon presenting proof of employment when registering their interest.
Our goal through offering corporate memberships is to enhance employee's wellbeing, boost participation and contribute positively to the health of our local community. The Maroondah Corporate Membership suite includes the following memberships:

Maroondah Corporate Membership suite
Wellness Plus
- Exclusive access to Reformer Pilates at Aquahub and Aquanation.
- Access to the Recovery Zone at Aquanation.
- Access to gym, group fitness, lap pool, leisure pool, warm water pool, Active Adults classes, spa, sauna and steam room at Aquahub, Aquanation and Croydon Memorial Pool (seasonal) where applicable.
- Access to all six components of the check up machine for over 18s, and goal setting consultations.
Fitness Plus
- Access to gym, group fitness, lap pool, warm water pool, Active Adults classes, spa, sauna and steam room at Aquahub, Aquanation and Croydon Memorial Pool (seasonal) where applicable.
- Access to body composition and mobility components of the check up machine for over 18s, and goal setting consultations.
Fitness Plus – Family
- Available for two adults and unlimited children under the age of 18 residing in the same household (proof of family relationship required).
- Access for those aged 12 – 15 years includes gym and group fitness at Aquahub and Aquanation (excluding BODYPUMP and warm water aqua classes) and the lap pool and leisure pool at Aquanation, Aquahub and Croydon Memorial Pool.
- Access for those aged under 12 years includes the lap pool and leisure pool at Aquanation, Aquahub and Croydon Memorial Pool (must be accompanied by an adult).
Swim Plus
- Access to Aquahub, Aquanation and Croydon Memorial Pool (seasonal).
- Access to aqua classes, lap pool, leisure pool, warm water pool, spa, sauna and steam room where applicable at Aquahub, Aquanation and Croydon Memorial Pool.
- Ages 16 and up accepted.
- Please note: does not include swimming lessons.
Frequently asked questions
After my organisation's request is accepted, how do interested individuals join and choose their preferred membership?
Once your organisation is accepted, any employees who wish to join the Maroondah Corporate Membership program can do so via our online portal at any time.
Simply direct them to register for our online portal here. Once registered, they can choose their preferred option in the Maroondah Corporate Membership suite.
Does the organisation need to manage payment details?
Your organisation does NOT need to manage any payments for Maroondah Corporate Memberships, nor need to store membership details. Employees of registered organisations will be instructed when they join on how to manage their payments methods in the online portal.
How do employees cancel their memberships?
If an employee needs to cancel their membership, please direct individuals to contact their organisation's primary contact and notify Maroondah Leisure. Please see terms and conditions(PDF, 48KB) for more information.
If my organisation falls under the minimum ten employees, how long do they have to rectify this?
Should the minimum number of registered employees no longer meet the Maroondah Corporate Membership requirements, the organisation will have four (4) weeks from notice date to secure replacements. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in all remaining members being moved to a full price membership option.
