Croydon Memorial Pool offers fun, low-impact water fitness for all age groups and fitness levels. Build strength, tone and cardiovascular fitness, within the gentle, no/low-impact nature of water all at your own pace. 

Conditions for group fitness

  • For safety and courtesy reasons, patrons are not permitted to enter a class once it has started. You must be in the water prior to the safety briefing delivered by the instructor to be included in the class.
  • Casual users must pay at the time of booking. Multi-visit passes can be used at the time of booking.
  • We request that all class bookings are cancelled at least 1 hour prior to the class starting to allow other participants to book.
  • From Thursday 1 October, Aqua classes will be limited to one class per day, per person. This update will assist with managing high demand during the Aquanation infrastructure renewal works.
  • Participants must be aged 12 years and over to attend group fitness classes.
  • Teen Fitness Plus and Teen Lifestyle members aged 12 to 15 can participate in all group fitness classes with the exception of Warm Water Aqua. Casual teen users aged 12 to 15 can participate in all group fitness classes with a parent or guardian with the exception of Warm Water Aqua.

Aqua MOVE

A choreographed, energetic aqua class designed to keep you moving through the water and build up your cardiovascular fitness and strength using a variety of movements and equipment.

 Aqua FIT  A fun-filled 45-minute high-energy, low-impact aqua class incorporating cardio and strength exercises to improve overall fitness and function.
