Aquanation's casual rates are effective 1 July 2026.

Using the warm water pool, spa or sauna

To access the warm water pool, all spa and sauna patrons under 16 years of age must provide a medical certificate or letter from an Ahpra registered health practitioner dated within the last 12 months or specifying an end date in the future.

Bookings are not required.

Water safety

Aquahub is an accredited Watch Around Water facility and there are guidelines that must be followed while visiting. Unsupervised children of any age will be removed from the water if the lifeguard is concerned for their safety.

Children under 5
Must be constantly supervised by a parent/guardian over 16 years of age and remain within arms reach. If the child is in the water, the parent/guardian must be in the water.
Children under 10
Must be accompanied into the facility and constantly supervised by a parent/guardian over 16 years of age. The parent/guardian must have a clear view of the child at all times.

Waterslide

Entry fee includes use of waterslide. Please note the skybox (purple) waterslide is unavailable.

Waterslide access is provided via a wristband and is for the full session (12pm to 5pm weekends and school/public holidays).

10-session passes are available to purchase in venue for these sessions and have a 12-month expiry from date of purchase.

Carers and supervising parents

Complimentary tickets must be booked for all carers and/or supervising parents. All carers attending classes or sessions must produce relevant carer identification on arrival.
